At Flowers & Gifts Designs Ltd, we are committed to providing beautiful flowers, gifts and excellent customer service. Each floral arrangement is carefully prepared by our florists using the freshest flowers available.

Please note that flowers are a natural and seasonal product. Colours, varieties and availability may vary throughout the year. If a particular flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar flower of equal or greater value while keeping the overall style, colour and value of the arrangement as close as possible to your order.

Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed through our website, by telephone or directly in our shop.

Full payment is required when placing an order. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

For personalised arrangements, wedding flowers, funeral flowers or other special requests, please contact us directly so we can discuss your requirements.

Delivery

We offer flower delivery in Peterborough and surrounding areas, as well as selected delivery options across the UK depending on the product.

Please make sure that the recipient’s name, delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

We will always make every reasonable effort to deliver your order on the requested date. However, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed unless specifically agreed in advance.

If nobody is available to receive the flowers, we may contact the recipient or customer to arrange a suitable alternative.

Cancellations & Charges

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because fresh flowers are perishable and many arrangements are prepared specifically for each customer, cancellations or changes may not always be possible once the order has been prepared or dispatched.

Personalised and custom-made products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.

Returns & Refunds

We take great care to ensure that all flowers and gifts leave our shop in excellent condition.

As fresh flowers are perishable products, they cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

If you are unhappy with the quality of your flowers or believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs where appropriate. We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

We respect your privacy and take appropriate steps to protect the personal information you provide when placing an order or contacting us.
